What struck me most during that time was meeting so many genuinely committed, talented people who thought they'd spend their careers in that sector and now don't know what comes next. That uncertainty is real, and it's not about lack of capability.
When I left, I was honestly a bit lost and the transition wasn't easy. So now I want to help people navigate these shifts with more clarity and support than I had. Onwards and upwards, indeed!
